1. Delivery Timeline

All orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 days.

2. General Refund Policy

At Veganic, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, you may raise a refund or return request within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Plants & Gardening Accessories

Refunds/returns are applicable only for products that are damaged, dried, or spoiled at the time of delivery.

Proof required: Please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or spoiled product.

4. Home Décor Items

All home décor items are eligible for return/refund only if the product is damaged or packaging is broken at the time of delivery.

5. Refund Process

• Submit your claim with proof within 48 hours of delivery.

• Once verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.

• Incorrect or missing items in the order
• Damaged or spoiled plants, gardening accessories, or home décor items
• Damaged packaging leading to product spoilage
