At Veganic, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, you may raise a refund or return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds/returns are applicable only for products that are damaged, dried, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
Proof required: Please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or spoiled product.
All home décor items are eligible for return/refund only if the product is damaged or packaging is broken at the time of delivery.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.
